Hi, I’m Kim
In 2021, as a new mom of three, and with the help of my one of my best friends, Katy, I created the vision of Central Graze. While focusing on my family, I began to make boards & boxes for my loved ones and immersed myself in the art of charcuterie. Two years later, that vision was ignited when a friend asked me to do a large spread for an event she was hosting and Central Graze was officially born.
Today, we assemble artisanal boards, boxes, graze tables, and more. From birthday celebrations to baby showers and book launch parties and beyond, we are here to help make the focal point of your event both beautiful and delicious.
We take pride in using quality ingredients, highlighting local flavors whenever possible, and curating a customized spread that leaves a lasting impression on our customers and their guests.
